Quarantine sucks, the coronavirus sucks, but Zach Bryan certainly, does not suck. I wrote about Zach Bryan a few months back, and I just want every to know that the rocket strapped to his back has just been refueled. His songwriting is unrivaled right now, there's something so raw about it and he has the unique ability to make you feel the pain in his voice. He's someone you want to sit around a fire with drinking beers until the sun comes up, and there's something special about that.
Part of me wants him to blow up like he deserves to, but deep down I don't want to lose videos like these. Call me selfish, fine, but rawness of Zach and a couple of his buddies sitting on the back porch sounds better than anything you're going to hear coming out of Nashville these days- sorry if that offends! I'm not sure what Zach has planned after the Navy, but if he decides he wants to do music full-time, his names going to be associated with the likes of Childers, Sturgill, Jinks, Felker and Isbell soon enough. And if you think I'm fanboying, you're 100% correct.
If you're clamoring for more of Zach, he's on all streaming services and his album, DeAnn, is one of my favorites that has come out in the past few years. Even better news?
